The Supreme Council has agreed that the Installation of Ill.Bro. John R. Hubbard 32o as Inspector General of the District of South Essex will take place on Monday 24th January, 2022 at Mount Avenue Banqueting Suite, Mount Avenue, Hutton, Brentwood CM13 2NS
